ihouseweb, Inc. has been combining real estate experience with cutting-edge technology since 1999. We were one of the first companies to offer customizable websites for REALTORS®, allowing them to create a unique web presence without any technical expertise. Now an industry leader, ihouseweb products, IT infrastructure, and customer service are trusted by over 20,000 real estate professionals nationwide.

I have been in Real Estate for over 18 years now and have worked with many of the real estate website and CRM platforms and providers. In that time, I have yet to find a platform as user friendly and performance based as iHouseWeb. The customer service team has been great as well; prompt, professional and service minded. William Afong

William is the founder of ihouseweb and, through his experience operating his own real estate and mortgage brokerage businesses, has created several businesses supporting the real estate industry under the ihouseweb brand. These businesses all share a focus on leveraging technology to keep up with the needs of REALTORS®. William studied engineering at University of California, Berkeley.
Eric Lefler

A co-founder of ihouseweb, Eric serves as the lead technical architect for all products. In the early days of the internet, Eric built web-based research tools for the University of California. He teamed up with William in 1999 to create ihouseweb. Eric studied computer science and engineering at the University of California, Davis.
