Customer Service Representative

iHOUSEweb is a company at the forefront of the online real estate industry and is looking for motivated customer service representatives. This full-time position involves phone and email technical support for template-based websites and various real estate marketing products.

Customer Service Representatives must meet the following requirements:

• A service-oriented background
• Broad technological proficiency with respect to computer and web applications
• Extensive Internet experience
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, cooperative environment
• Independent critical-thinking skills
• B.A./B.S. or 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Moderately flexible weekend schedules
• Knowledge of real estate industry a plus
