Highlights

• New infrastructure for New York regulatory link management
  New York requires agents to include links to special documents as part of regulations to support fair housing practices. While these links have always been roughly analogous to the longstanding document links for Texas customers that we’ve had special application support for, the situation was just different enough that the New York links were being handled ad hoc. With this release we’ve updated and enhanced the infrastructure that supported the Texas use case so that it can now properly support the New York case (and any future states that may add similar regulations) as well, and added new tools in the Flex content editing system specifically targeted towards addressing the unique aspects of the New York case.

  Corrected the plurality of several bits of default content for office sites. 
• Number of active PPC Accounts
  Ran query for reporting PPC account data
• CA-BAK add RV Parking
  Checked the mapping for "RV Parking" keyword search term on CA-BAK. 
• NC-HCAOR Keyword change requests
  Added a variety of keyword search terms and labels for NC-HCAOR.
• Sold Price Display on Listings Manager Listings
  Sold Price display for Featured Listings now updated to be the same as for saved searches
• Add editting of exclude_sold_data to control panel
  Improved handling when an MLS has a restriction on access to sold data
• CA-MRMLS Multi Family listing type add display of beds/baths data
  Added a new listing display setting to allow the display of bed/bath data on multi family home listings when available and appropriate. 
• Improve management of pronouns in default content
  Added Small Teams Agent option on testdrive creation.
• Investigate automating linkage to NY state documents
  New tools have been added for setting up links to New York special regulatory documents.
• Update mortgage rate display to be more flexible
  Updated to handle changes from our mortgage rate source(s). 
• Printable flyer not showing all photos
  The "view all photos" button on the printable flyer view for listings will now properly show more than 10 photos.
• Promote PPC integration in Admin Menu
  Added a panel to the admin menu to promote the use of PPC services. 
• Prioritize simple zip in search autocomplete
  Added a new setting to prefer simple zips in location search filter recommendations. 

Bug fixes

• All featured locations not displayed
  Increased the hard coded limit on the number of featured locations that can be displayed in a single content block. 
• FL-MID without keyword not working
  Improved the mapping for wood frame construction keyword search term on FL-MID.
• "My Listings" Tab Pronoun Correction on Office Package
  Correct the name of the "Our Listings" link on the office template account. 
• Unable to edit branding
  Fixed an issue where logos in the svg file format would break the ability to save the branding admin menu interface.
