Release Notes – 2023.02.02

Highlights

• Twilio policy changes
  Twilio (our SMS and phone service provider) has made a series of abrupt and consequential changes to their policies in recent months in order to stay ahead of regulation, and so we’ve had to respond in a number of ways behind the scenes to keep up. Most of the resulting changes should be invisible to both our team and our customers, but it’s worth noting that a collection of changes loosely associated with this release could result in a uptick in blocked SMS messages. We’re continuing to work hard to manage these changes and mitigate their effects, but there’s only so much we can do within the changing landscape right now.
• Flex content updates
  This release brings another back of updates and feature enhancements to the new flex content system. Look for changes related to color selection, as well as several updates to improve how content is presented in special contexts.
• New testdrive infrastructure
  As detailed in another recent communication, we enabled our new testdrive infrastructure that was part of the previous release last week, and overall we’re quite happy with the results. We have addressed a few issues we discovered via e-release over the past cycle, but we have continued to monitor it closely and this release contains a few more tweaks and updates as a result.

• Gray Background Row as Flex Template
  Added a new Flex Template for applying an edge-to-edge gray background
• AZ-ARMLS - Add Unfurnished Checkbox on Rentals
  Added "unfurnished" keyword search term to AZ-ARMLS. 
• Tee Reed brokers advantage broken
  Brokers advantage removed when agent deleted
• NM-CLOVIS requesting we make ListTrac Listing Metrics available.
  Investigated MLSInfo compliance setting.
• CO-IRES add keywords
  Added several new keywords and fixed related issues for CO-IRES. 
• CA-MAXBE requesting disclaimer logo be readable
  Updated logo for CA-MAX and associated MLSes to meet compliance request.
• Future Blog Posts not saving
  Fixed and issue that prevented the display of future dated blog posts in the admin menu. 
• Annual pricing is allowing discount, causing other errors
  Fixed case where MLS startup fee was not applied
• Turboleads timezone incorrect
  Fixed turboleads data sync issue. 
• Force testdrive manager restart in certain situations
  Added flag to restart testdrive
• CO-IRES - Add Keyword
  Added metro tax keyword search term to CO-IRES. 

Bug fixes

• Blank Agent Pages
  Fixed an issue where a bad data state could break the display of agent profile pages. 
• Facebook Posting not working
  Fixed an issue where recent infrastructure improvements created issues with Facebook autoposting features.
